Introduction to Specialized Eating Disorder Therapy
From accurate diagnosis to case conceptualization, everything you need to know for the first few sessions.
This full course covers topics every therapist needs to know in working with eating disorders. We'll start with the diagnostic interview and then move to understanding more about levels of care. From there, we'll delve into different treatment modalities and then treatment strategies and interventions. The final module of the course covers case conceptualization in terms of how to put all of this together for best practice treatment planning and how to provide a good starting point for working with your clients. Each module comes with at least one downloadable handout you can use in your own work with clients.
